Who is funding what in Romania
Ștefania Popp has been the Executive Director of JA Romania since 1997. Between 2006 and 2009 she also held the position of Director of International Programs for JA Worldwide, USA, and Program Development Director for JA Europe.
In 1980 she graduated from the Institute of Nuclear Physics at the University of Bucharest. Until 1989 she held the position of researcher at the Institute of Nuclear Reactors Bucharest. After 1990 she participated in postgraduate programs in Educational Management, Marketing, and International Relations and followed an Executive Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
She received the Platinum Achievement Award (Atlanta, 2003) and the Life Time Achievement Award (Miami, 2008), Berlin (2019).
